સાધુ એટલે સંસ્કાર – સદવીચાર – સત્કાર્ય – ની સરીતા. આ સરીતા ભારત ના ગામડે ગામડે વહેતી રહી છે. ગામડાઓ શહેરો માં રામજી મંદીર ઠાકોરજી નુ મંદિર માં ભગવાન ની સેવા પૂજા કરતા ભજન ધુનકથા વાર્તા, સંકીર્તન જપ યજ્ઞ સ્મરણ ભક્તિ ને આજ સુધી સજીવન રાખનાર સાધુસમાજ લોક માનસ માં “ગુરૂ” પદે બીરાજમાન છે. જોકે કાળ ના પ્રવાહ અને જરુરીયાતો બોજ ને કારણે આજે સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ના સાધુ સમાજ નો મોટો ભાગ પોતાની જરુરીયાતો પુરી કરવા પોતાનો મુળ કાર્ય છોડી આજીવીકા માટે નોકરી ધંધે લગીગયો છે. પણ નોકરી ધંધો કરતા કરતા પણ પોતાના સંસ્કાર અને જ્ઞાન નો લાભ સમાજ ને આપતો રહે છે.

Congratulations Dr Koobavat for your sincere effort to initiate action in this respect – although several attempts were made in the past but did not yield 100% results..hopefully with your outlined several points and clarifications – matter can be taken forward with due attention/participation of various organizations (which already exists at present in every sakhas) – as you are based in Junagadh – that’s right place to start with and gradually move to each and every district for full and final affiliation of all sakhas … there is one group in Facebook “Vaisnav Sadhu Samaj” with almost 680 members – mostly young and energetic .. i will post your mentioned comments there in and let’s have members comments and participation in this discussion … – please do continue your feedback in this respect and we can use this forum and facebook for exchange our views, feedback and comments… with kind regards

We are also active to create an association of all sadhu sacts(Ramanandi,Atit,Margi) under the banner of R (amanandi) a(tit) M(argi=RAM Parivar.
We will call it “VAIRAGI SAMAJ” for convinience.
We have started uniting educated and elite service class(central and state gov services)+professionals(Advocates,Doctors,Engineers)+Businessmans,Industrialists,Media people,Artists.
We have completed 2 rounds and 3rd meeting is at Veraval-Somnath tomorrow-2nd oct 2011.
We ill complete the infrastructure of Junagadh Jilla in short time,after which we will have a maha sammelan at Junagadh at Prerna Dham,shortly.
After completion of this task upto this level we wish that the same project is implemented in all districts so as to ultimately form all Gujarat Vairagi Samaj by the end of 2012.
We have decided to abolish all posts in the associations.So that there is no fight and ego clash for the posts.
In all our functions we have abolished sanman,garlanding,stuti,bhajans,etc.
The expense of any function will be shared by all who are present on the occaSION.
No fund raising is the motto. So no issue of mismanagement of the funds.
Unity is our AIM.
We have decide to abolish the word tripankh for the three main sacts of sadhu samaj.
We are only Vairagis-one sadhu samaj.
We will be active against all useless Rituals and Rivaj.
We will not build any wadi,halls,hostels nor we will entertainment any projects like samuh lagnas and at the same time we will not oppose

Well, Laukik, you already have discussion forum at facebook “Vaisnan Sadhu Samaj’ and this one is PLUS for info re Sadhu Samaj – what we further need is a data bank of our community city wise/village wise and literacy data etc…best wishes to Rajubhai and all is required is take ‘interest’ from people like you from each city/town/village ..
First of all I heartily appreciate you for your innovative thought to unite and awake the Sadhu Samaj regarding their own as well as others Deity Places including the ingredients required for their Nived…..This will surely bring a great revolution in our caste and even other will be inspired by us..
Secondly, i suggest you to make a website and allow the creation of login id for the People of our caste so that they can have the views about information of different members. I know there will be a little trouble as to create the website with login id that how can we know whether the user is of our caste or not.. But it is said that God helps those who helps themselves So we will surely get into some innovative thoughts and ideas regarding this as well…

Yes, Ramnikbhai, our many thanks to your father Shri Keshubapu for taking keen interest in gathering so much information and research almost 30-40 years ago regarding all ‘sakhas’ of our community. His book is a valuable research document and i am sure helpful to all who are interested to know the origin and geneology of each ‘sakha’ of our community. we are sure as our community spreads across all over the world this information on web will be useful to all.

સાધુ એટલે સંસ્કાર – સદવીચાર – સત્કાર્ય – ની સરીતા. આ સરીતા ભારત ના ગામડે ગામડે વહેતી રહી છે. ગામડાઓ શહેરો માં રામજી મંદીર ઠાકોરજી નુ મંદિર માં ભગવાન ની સેવા પૂજા કરતા ભજન ધુનકથા વાર્તા, સંકીર્તન જપ યજ્ઞ સ્મરણ ભક્તિ ને આજ સુધી સજીવન રાખનાર સાધુસમાજ લોક માનસ માં “ગુરૂ” પદે બીરાજમાન છે. જોકે કાળ ના પ્રવાહ અને જરુરીયાતો બોજ ને કારણે આજે સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ના સાધુ સમાજ નો મોટો ભાગ પોતાની જરુરીયાતો પુરી કરવા પોતાનો મુળ કાર્ય છોડી આજીવીકા માટે નોકરી ધંધે લગીગયો છે. પણ નોકરી ધંધો કરતા કરતા પણ પોતાના સંસ્કાર અને જ્ઞાન નો લાભ સમાજ ને આપતો રહે છે.

I am happy to learn about your efforts for samasta sadhu samaj.
We are also active to create an association of all sadhu sacts(Ramanandi,Atit,Margi) under the banner of R (amanandi) a(tit) M(argi=RAM Parivar.
We will call it “VAIRAGI SAMAJ” for convinience.
We have started uniting educated and elite service class(central and state gov services)+professionals(Advocates,Doctors,Engineers)+Businessmans,Industrialists,Media people,Artists.
We have completed 2 rounds and 3rd meeting is at Veraval-Somnath tomorrow-2nd oct 2011.
We ill complete the infrastructure of Junagadh Jilla in short time,after which we will have a maha sammelan at Junagadh at Prerna Dham,shortly.
After completion of this task upto this level we wish that the same project is implemented in all districts so as to ultimately form all Gujarat Vairagi Samaj by the end of 2012.
We have decided to abolish all posts in the associations.So that there is no fight and ego clash for the posts.
In all our functions we have abolished sanman,garlanding,stuti,bhajans,etc.
The expense of any function will be shared by all who are present on the occaSION.
No fund raising is the motto. So no issue of mismanagement of the funds.
Unity is our AIM.
We have decide to abolish the word tripankh for the three main sacts of sadhu samaj.
We are only Vairagis-one sadhu samaj.
We will be active against all useless Rituals and Rivaj.
We will not build any wadi,halls,hostels nor we will entertainment any projects like samuh lagnas and at the same time we will not oppose
any such activities but will support on personal grounds.

First of all I heartily appreciate you for your innovative thought to unite and awake the Sadhu Samaj regarding their own as well as others Deity Places including the ingredients required for their Nived…..This will surely bring a great revolution in our caste and even other will be inspired by us..
Secondly, i suggest you to make a website and allow the creation of login id for the People of our caste so that they can have the views about information of different members. I know there will be a little trouble as to create the website with login id that how can we know whether the user is of our caste or not.. But it is said that God helps those who helps themselves So we will surely get into some innovative thoughts and ideas regarding this as well…
